Notes
Security is a top priority. The apartment is monitored 24/7 by Vivint Home Security (doorbell camera, motion detector, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke detector) and NoiseAware. The doorbell camera faces the outside of the apartment and records for security purposes only. Please do not tamper with or touch any of the security devices.
This is a pet-friendly property, but prior approval is required. You’ll need to provide your pet’s vaccine record, photo, and breed for approval. If approved, there’s a $15/day fee per pet (maximum of one pet allowed per reservation). Failure to disclose pets will incur a $500 fee.
Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests to avoid any penalties. Unauthorized guests or pets may lead to early termination of your stay without a refund, or a $50 charge per night per guest/pet.
For security compliance, you’ll need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID. You may also be asked to complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.
